The urgent transfer 2 min
- Recognise CEO fraud and fake-supplier (bank detail change) fraud
- Apply the callback rule on a known number and the second approval
- Report fast, even after a mistake

The supplier changes bank details 2 min
- Recognise a supplier bank-detail change request as a risk of paying a fraudulent account
- Verify the change by calling the number on the supplier record, never the one in the message
- Get the change approved by a second person and know what to do if the payment has already left

Deepfakes: the call-back still works 2 min
- Know that a voice, an image or an email can be generated by AI
- Stop relying on the old clues: typos, robotic voice
- Apply the call-back on a known number, the verification question and the second approval, including for a change of bank details

- Never enter a sign-in code received by message or phone unless you started the sign-in yourself
- Tell IT at once after a click: changing your password isn't always enough, the access must be removed

- Use BCC or the right tool for group mails
- Open the attachment before sending: hidden tabs and columns
- Share sensitive files through a controlled link, never via personal tools
