Questions

Who counts as a person?
Each person you assign training to. People synced from Microsoft Entra or imported from a CSV count only once a campaign assigns them. Leavers free their seat.
What do we get for an audit?
Per person: what was assigned, when it was finished, the score and an attestation with a public verification code — exportable per campaign.
How does the trial work?
No card needed to start. If no card is added before the end, the subscription simply stops: you are never charged by surprise.
Can we stop?
Yes, at the end of the period, from Account → Billing. Your attestations and exports stay available.
Where is our data?
Hosted in France. Only what training needs (name, e-mail, department, results); never sold, never used for advertising.
