A visitor without a badge 2 min
- Recognise when someone gets in unchecked: a door held open, a visitor alone without a badge, an open meeting room, a badge left unattended
- Politely ask a person without a badge who they are here to see, and walk them to reception rather than letting them in or giving directions
- Report an unusual presence and the loss of your badge to reception or security straight away, without holding the person back yourself

"Hi, it's me, new number" 2 min
- Recognise the fake-colleague script on a messaging app or by text: new number, small talk, an urgent and discreet request, an instruction not to call
- Check through a channel you already know (saved number, directory, company chat), never through the new number
- Never pass on a code received by text or buy gift cards because a message asks, and report at once if it has already happened

My phone, my work email 2 min
- Install for work only the apps your company provides or allows, with no forwarding to a personal mailbox
- Keep the phone updated and locked with a hard-to-guess code, and don't lend access to work, even to family
- Refuse the permissions an app does not need and review them in the settings

The office at home 2 min
- Secure your home internet box: change the admin password if it is weak, keep it updated, use a long Wi-Fi key
- Never work on the family computer or lend the work computer, and protect printed documents and confidential calls
- Work through the company VPN and tools, with no personal email or USB stick to move files
